Mission: To enable the OOH Planners and Buyers and DPAA members to most effectively and efficiently conduct business

2011  Potential Goals:

• Identify the key questions OOH planners and buyers want answered from media providers
• Outline the expectations that OOH  buyers and planners have of sellers in terms of preparation for sales calls and development of programs
• Identify the planning and buying  tools and the most efficient means for inclusion
• Identify a palate of creative strategic uses of the medium to be used in marketing events/materials.
